I cannot recommend staying here enough. The house is absolutely beautiful & had such a homely feel as soon as we stepped through the door. I get quite anxious being away from home but I felt right at home. Everything was clean & tidy and we had the most amazing stay. The host was so friendly & helpful with any questions I had about the area etc. I definitely recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time 🙏🏼

House was perfect, very spacious and well equipped. Loved the hot tub. The hosts left a beautiful welcome pack which was so appreciated. Host was very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house we booked for my friend’s hen-do. Nice views around the property. Amenities were great and as listed. Clean and tidy! Lots of room for all our guests. Responsive and helpful hosts, clear instructions for check-in. Close to Brighton city centre, so easy and quick uber taxi. Loved the out-house with the pull-out sofa bed and bathroom. Hot tub looked good although we didn’t use it during this trip. Definitely with the price and would book again!

A spacious home with a welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of clothes storage space and towels. A little way from the centre but a very good bus service nearby and an M&S food shop in easy walking distance. Great value for money.

All my friends including I had a wicked time staying here! We will definitely come back in the summer!! The only thing I would say is the bed on the 2nd floor should be positioned a bit further away from the wall as you have to be careful to not hit your head on the wall as it’s slanted but apart from that we all had a fantastic time.

This is an excellent property, location was great only 10-15 mins away from the city centre. Host responded to any queries straight away. The property is very beautiful and modern, great for a weekend away!

We had an amazing stay. The house was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cozy. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a home away from home. The highlight was definitely the big jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was super accommodating and made the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

We had the best time celebrating my sisters hen weekend at GuestNest's lovely home! The hosts are so accommodating and even decorated for our special weekend with lovely little touches. The host's were always so responsive and helpful with any queries and questions. The home was lovely and big and we was surrounded in a very peaceful area making use of the hot tub extremely comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

My stay was fantastic, the house was clean & had all the little bits necessary for a smooth stay. If I needed any assistance or advice the team responded very quickly! I would defo recommend. I used a car to get around brighton, but saw plenty of buses if needed. Its a 3 min drive from Asda and M&S to get any bits and pieces during your stay. A lovely time was had. Thanks

I visited this amazing propety with a group of friends for my 25th birthday, the entire home was beautiful and homely, and in a quiet area! They even went out of their way to get a cake and a birthday card, and put up a birthday banner. This was a lovely touch and meant alot! We arrived slightly ahead of schedule , and they allowed us to check in early. They were incredibly responsive over message, and helped us with anything we needed. All bedrooms were perfect for our group, and we had everything we needed! There is a lovely large dining room which is ideal for game nights! The hot-tub was perfect! They also provide a folder with local amenities and things to do, which was very helpful! There is also a bus stop right outside which takes you straight to the centre/beach front! All in all, I would give it a 10/10 for every aspect, and will definitely consider returning another time!
