This little two bed cottage provides central access to the marketplace town of Dorking, with a wide range of pubs, restaurants and beautiful natural landscapes within easy walking distance. Within the house you’ll find a main bedroom and a spare room that is set up for studio-office space. The kitchen has a countryside feel but a modern fit, with oven, fridge, hob, washing machine and dishwasher all fitted. The lounge space offers a chill out spot for the end of the day, and a courtyard garden for those summertime rays or morning coffees. The space is best served for two people, but can also accommodate groups of four and furry friends. Dorking itself is nestled in the middle of the Surrey Hills — a protected area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) — which is the perfect spot for year round walks, runs and exploration in the countryside. A Mecca for cyclists and dog walkers, there is no shortage routes in all directions. A selection of local pet shops, outdoor retailers and cycling shops will help you make the most of your outdoorsy stay in the hills. If more into a weekend of leisure, Dorking has its own vineyard, gin distillery, micro pub and great set of brunch spots including Holme Stores and Two Many Cooks.
